Wallace Method

The Wallace Method is an innovative form of bodywork that integrates dynamic stretching with core stabilization while restoring the body’s structural integrity and balance. In a session, the practitioner guides an individual through a series of yoga-like movements. Slow, twisting, bending, stretching movements gently address restrictions in the joints and encourage the muscles and connective tissue to lengthen.

The Wallace Method enables individuals to take an active role in their personal healing process. They develop a deep understanding of their body structure. They learn where it is restricted and where it moves easily. They learn how to redistribute the tight and loose areas for a structural system that is more optimally organized, coordinated, strong, and flexible. The Wallace Method reduces tension and pain, relieves stress, and improves posture and circulation, generally allowing the organs, nerves and other body systems to function in a more healthy and unrestricted manner.
